Job Description
An exceptional opportunity for a high calibre Senior HR Business Partner / Human Resources Manager to work for a dynamic and successful plc in a role that combines all elements of generalist HR and specific ownership for group-wide Compensation & Benefits. RM Education is the leading provider of IT solutions to schools and multiple recipient of the 'UK's Top IT Employer' award with over 2000 staff based globally. Reporting to the newly promoted HR Director, the jobholder will play a key role in the design and implementation of HR strategy, lead a team of three experienced HR Consultants in supporting RM's largest division 'Education Technology' (650 UK staff across diverse disciplines) and hold influence across the entire organisation as the Company Comp & Bens expert.? Human Resources has earned a privileged high status within RM and the jobholder will further contribute to this by operating as a true business partner to the ET Divisional Managing Director and his Senior Leadership Team, providing forward looking generalist & specialist support to successfully meet business challenges. This will encompass all elements of generalist HR including OD, ER, Resourcing, Talent Management, Staff Engagement and Performance Standards. Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR Business Partner support to the ET Division
- Through regular 1-1's with Directors, develop a strong understanding of the key business deliverables & metrics and help drive performance by providing expert advice and input to management across all elements of HR.??
-?Provide appropriate organisational and job design and ensure the right talent are in place and developed to continually deliver business objectives.
-?Support line managers and work closely with the Head of Recruitment in identifying and implementing effective recruitment and resourcing strategies.
Provide Compensation & Benefits expertise across the Group
???????? - Develop expertise and market knowledge in compensation and benefits.
-?Recommend strategy for the implementation of the Company Salary and Bonus Reviews to reflect market factors and align reward with contribution and strategic business objectives.?Project Manage the effective implementation of the salary and bonus reviews ensuring 100% data accuracy.
-?Recommend structure of bonus or commission schemes and contribute to the development of future strategy. Effectively market benefits internally.
-?Manage the relationship with RM's benefit providers to reduce costs and improve service. Recommend change of service provider if necessary.
Operate as part of the HR Leadership Team
???????? - Provide support to the HR Director and deputise where appropriate.
-?Develop, review and maintain Group wide policies, process and procedures.
-?Chair the Job Evaluation Committee.
Line manage a team of three HR Consultants (two covering operational areas and one comp & bens / systems specialist).
- Appraise, support, coach, mentor and develop staff.
- Ensure the team are providing a highly effective business partner service to managers and directors within the ET division. ?
