Hi! Fitness-wise, I try to run before Uni every first day, and lap-swim in the evenings every second day. It?s more of a relaxing time to let my mind wander than a chore - that?s the secret haha! I also use a spoon INDAH?s Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in my food, drinks, etc. when I can. It?s impossibly good for you and you feel more full than you would without it, so you eat a lot less. Such a great moisturiser too! x
